Jon Kabat-Zinn maps out a simple path for cultivating mindfulness in one’s own life. It speaks both to those coming to meditation for the first time and to longtime practitioners, anyone who cares deeply about reclaiming the richness of his or her moments.

Quote from “Full Catastrophe Living” “Healing comes out of the practice itself when it is engaged in as a way of being. From the perspective of mindfulness, YOU are already whole, so what is the point of trying to become what you already are? What is required above all is that we let go into the domain of being. This is what is fundamentally healing.”
